Step Up has also expanded into Nashville, Tennessee. The Housing First team assists the Nashville community to end homelessness by providing Rapid Rehousing and Permanent Supportive Housing services to persons experiencing chronic homelessness.

Our Nashville team consists of a Program Manager, Housing Specialists, and Case Managers.
