Step Up provides services solely by referral, a crucial process that ensures our members receive the most appropriate care. We cannot provide services directly to the public and need a referral for all services from a local government or partner agency.

All programs and services may vary slightly and may not be available to all Step Up members, depending on the programs in which they are enrolled and the funding associated with various contracts.
