Lucie Hinden is a family member who well understands the mental health journey, and donates 100% of the proceeds of her art sales to benefit the work of Step Up serving individuals experiencing mental health issues! “During my son Danny’s illness, I felt despair and helplessness.”, says Lucie. “Donating my art work proceeds to Step Up, an organization whose task it is to help people on a daily basis, turns the past helplessness into present helpfulness. Creating art turns despair into joy.” The public is invited to a Special Reception, March 19th 5pm-7pm, where three of Hinden’s original paintings will be on exhibit:
