The end of Step Up’s fiscal year is Thursday, June 30th and the great news is Step Up has ENDED homelessness for 134 individuals in the past 12 months – with 6 individuals moving into their units in the next 45-60 days! With this accomplishment comes an urgent tenant need for the essential items of daily living, even on their first night. Your contribution this week will help Step Up create and provide Welcome Home! Move-In kits which include:
- Furnishings (Bed & frame, dresser, kitchen table & chairs, side chair)
- Bedding (sheets, comforter, and pillows)
- Bath towels, shower curtain, bath math
- Kitchenware (dishes, silverware, cutlery, pots, pans, dish drainer, soap, & scrubber, etc.)
There’s still time to give in these last days of fiscal year 2015-16! As on Step Up member wrote, “I want more Step Up’s to be available on earth!”
