At 58, Frank M. had been living on the streets of San Bernardino since he was 18. On February 23, he signed his new lease on life and moved into permanent supportive housing!
When Step Up CEO Tod Lipka saw the photo of Frank’s lease signing, he remarked, “Amazing to see him signing the lease and the security of his future. The team told me that when his refrigerator arrived, Frank said he hadn’t seen one for a really long time and that they didn’t use to look like that. Wow!”
Frank M. was the #1 most vulnerable person on the San Bernardino County list of individuals experiencing chronic homelessness.
