Permanent Supportive Housing can be the foundation of recovery for many individuals experiencing #chronichomelessness, mental health conditions, and addictions. Step Up owns and operates #permanentsupportivehousing locations across the country, which include on-site residential managers, life-skills coordinators, and connections to Step Up or other mental health service providers.

Mario came to the city seeking work but found opportunities were not plentiful. For nearly a decade, Mario fought to make ends meet and lived unhoused. After suffering multiple strokes, Mario sought assistance & learned of a new permanent supportive housing program to help people like him.
