Step Up is a member of the Hollywood Homeless Youth Partnership (HHYP). This group ensures Transition Age Youth have access to safe #housing and #mentalhealth services, ultimately reducing high-risk sexual, criminal, and substance behaviors while providing a supportive environment for youth to begin their transition into independence. #EndTheStigma
