Step Up on 26th provides 12 units of permanent supportive housing for individuals who have experienced homelessness and mental health conditions but require less intensive onsite support. As units become available, the goal is to transfer tenants who have had long-term success in permanent supportive housing to this community in order to create vacancies for more vulnerable individuals at other Step Up communities.
