He is a leader at Sequoia Consulting Group, an innovative brokerage firm delivering strategic benefits, HR, and risk management solutions to high-growth companies. In this role, he partners with forward-thinking organizations to build healthier, more resilient workplaces while supporting sustainable growth.
Previously, Barrett served as Vice President of Sales at ADP (Automatic Data Processing), a Fortune 500 company, where he developed extensive experience helping organizations scale and operate effectively.
Beyond his professional work, Barrett is actively engaged in philanthropic efforts. He serves on the Charity Selection Committee of the Water Buffalo Club and is a dedicated member of the Nicaraguan Resource Network, participating in annual mission trips to support underserved communities in Nicaragua.
