Los Angeles Business Journal has chosen Step Up on Vine to be to be honored at the 2014 Commercial Real Estate with its great article

Awards tonight!  After an extensive nomination process, with an amazing pool of projects, the top two projects from ten award categories have been selected. Step Up on Vine has earned either the first place Gold Award, or the second place Silver Honor in the Sustainable category.

The Business Journal is hosting this award program tonight Tuesday, February 18th, 2014, from 6:00 –8:00pm at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel. The LABJ is honoring the developers, contractors, and architects of outstanding projects completed over the past 18 months. A First Place Gold Award winner and the second place Silver Honoree for each category will be announced at the awards reception tonight. Both the Gold and Silver projects will be acknowledged at the reception and will receive write-ups in a special section within the February 24th edition of the Los Angeles Business Journal. Gold winners will also be asked to come to the stage to accept an award.
