It’s official! Mayor Garcetti proclaimed Giving Tuesday in the City of Los Angeles saying “The holiday season is a time to deepen our commitment to helping those who are less fortunate, and today I am asking all Angelenos to step up and give back. If we can lift up those in need, and pick up those left behind, then we can live up to the best of our ideals.”

Thanks Mayor Eric Garcetti and hopefully, a big part of the plan of a deeper commitment is to provide more than the $100 million allocated for homelessness solutions to ‪#‎supportivehousing‬ and ‪#‎mentalhealth‬ services. If you want to help END chronic homelessness for vulnerable Angeleno’s this holiday season, please consider a gift to Step Up on Second. Any donation will go towards providing permanent supportive housing and services to individuals experiencing chronic homelessness and mental health issues. Thanks Los Angeles! Let’s do this!
